This block plug adapter breather fitting is designed for Honda and Acura B-Series engines, specifically B16 and B18 variants. Manufactured from raw 6061 billet aluminum, the adapter features a double O-ring design to help prevent leaks. The included bracket is constructed from titanium for reduced weight and added strength.

• Does not include bolts; factory bolt location should be used
• B20 blocks do not have the required port for this adapter
