GARAGE VINTAGE オリジナルのタイヤブランドです。
’50年代から’60年代にかけて新車装着されていたVW指定タイヤのデザインを細部にわたり忠実に再現したのが《R》シリーズ、Autobahn《R》=アウトバーン アールです。佇まいを一気に当時の雰囲気に変える魅力を持っています。サービスマニュアルやオーナーズマニュアルでも当時の”姿”をご確認頂けます！
見た目はバイアスタイヤの様ですが、実はラジアル構造のバイアスルックラジアルタイヤとなります。チューブレス構造の為、チューブも不要です。直進安定性に優れ、ブレーキもよく効きます。ソフトな乗り心地でステアリングも軽くロードノイズも軽減されます。抜群の安定感で燃費も良くなりロングドライブもこれまで以上にお楽しみ頂けます。
Autobahn《R》640R15は1955年から1963年までのTYPE-Ⅱのメーカー指定サイズである640-15と同等の直径、総幅、トレッド幅となり、新車当時の姿を維持しながら、格段に安全快適ドライブできます。

We are releasing the Autobahn(R) 640R15 3″Whitewall tire.
The design is very similar to the Continental tiresthat were factory-fitted on TYPE-Ⅱ in the 1955 to 1963.
It looks like a bias tire, but it actually has a radial construction.
This is brand new tubeless radial tires!
This allows for much safer and more comfortable drivingwith keeping the looks when they were new.
It is also E-marked (ECE approved), DOT approved, and has UTQG.
Street legal , Very good quality!!
I will say it again, This tire has a tubeless radial construction.
