92mm Sheet Metal Fabricated Intake Manifold with Throttle Body for LS1, LS2, LS6, LSX
This intake manifold and throttle body assembly is constructed from 3mm thick T6061 aluminum sheet and features a polished finish. Designed for LS-based engines with cathedral port heads, it includes a 92mm billet aluminum throttle body and supports applications requiring a 102mm throttle body opening. The manifold is TIG welded and CNC machined for precise fitment and includes multiple vacuum ports and fuel system components.

III/IV (LS-Based) engines: 4.8L / 293 CI (LR4), 5.3L / 325 CI (L33, L59, LM4, LM7), 5.7L / 346 CI (LS1, LS6), 6.0L / 364 CI (LQ4, LQ9, LS2). Original LS1/LS2/LS6 engine applications include: 1997-2004 Chevrolet Corvette, 1998-2002 Pontiac Firebird Formula and Trans AM, 2001-2004 Corvette Z06, 2004-2005 Cadillac CTS V-series, 2005-2007 Chevrolet Corvette, 2005-2006 Chevrolet SSR, 2006-2009 Chevrolet TrailBlazer SS, 2006-2007 Cadillac CTS V-Series, 2005-2006 Pontiac GTO, and 2008-2009 Saab 9-7X Aero.
