ビンテージハイパフォーマンスエンジンのオーソリティー、
Mr.OKRASAことJoe Ruizが組み上げたロングブロックエンジンです。
長年の経験を基に各部を測定、コンディションの良いエンジンケースを選別しまずはオイルラインを徹底的に洗浄。
ラインボーリングを施し新品のメタル類を使用しリフレッシュ済みの純正クランク、コンロッド、カムシャフト、リフター等が丁寧に組み上げられています。
シリンダー・ピストン・ピストンリング等は新品のAA製、77mmストックボアKitを使用し、シリンダーヘッドは純正品がフルリビルトされています。
エンジンケースの保護・工場出荷状態を再現すべく化学処理(Dow7)も行われている為エンジンケース表面がゴールドに輝いています！

■ all oil passages/galleys drilled and tapped for 100% positive cleaning
■ block is hot tanked to remove all oil / sludge within block & oil galleys
■ magnesium block chemical treatment as per factory appearance
■ line-bored main bearing tunnel / +.020”
■ lifter guide plates removed cleaned Black Oxide treated and reinstalled
■ cylinder decks resurfaced
■ reground .010 /.010, polished, balanced genuine VW 64mm stroke crankshaft
■ crankshaft gear-set cleaned deburred
■ VW connecting rods / rebuilt / resized / balanced / rebushed
■ VW 180mm flywheel / resurfaced / balanced
■ new A.A. 77mm balanced pistons / cylinders (1200cc), rings, pins, locks
■ VW 36hp heads / rebuilt, new guides, valves, springs, resurfaced, 3 angle valve job
■ rocker arm assemblies disassembled, cleaned and Black Oxide treated
■ painted “low gloss” valve covers, clips, air deflectors and oil drain plate
■ new gland nut / flywheel seal
■ new main and rod bearings
■ reground / coated stock VW camshaft
■ new push rods, push rod tubes, seals, gaskets
■ new HD 1300cc oil pump
■ new oil sump pick-up tube screen
■ Black Oxide all perimeter nuts / bolts / washers / head studs & nuts
